All-States Sawing & Trenching, Inc. was founded as an incorporated partnership in 1983 servicing clients in the Northeastern part of the United States. In 1985, the partnership was changed with Victor Balog taking over as sole owner and President. This change solidified All-States headquartering operations in Albany, New York. Mr. Balog prior to becoming involved with All-States came directly from the Vermeer Corporation. With the establishment of All-States Sawing & Trenching, Mr. Balog was able to bring a wealth of sales and service knowledge gained from Vermeer.
In 2001, All-States opened up their equipment distribution center in Frankfort, New York. For 25 years, All-States Sawing & Trenching has been successfully servicing clients all across the United States.
